Prepare for the NEW SAT. Classes begin January 16, 2016!

The newly redesigned SAT is just one component of the College Board’s commitment to increasing student’s access to and success in college and career. Penn State’s SAT prep course can teach you the techniques and strategies to help you do your best on the exam. Following The Official SAT Study Guide, this 18-hour course will emphasize:
—the new format of the SAT, including eight key changes to the SAT
—the recommended order for taking the test
—four components of the exam, reading, writing and language, math, and the optional essay.
—a copyrighted approach to solving analogy questions
—math skills including problem solving and data analysis
—advantages and disadvantages of guessing
—ways to reduce the time needed to answer questions
—SAT scoring and how to compute a score on sample
—online tools and practice problems
