What is S.A.P.?

The S.A.P. Team is a group of professional staff members who have received specialized training.  We assist students in dealing with their academic performance as well as their social. Emotional, physical, and mental development.

How can S.A.P. help your child and family?

1.  The S.A.P. team will gather specific information about your child’s performance in school from those staff members who have contact with him/her.  A.S.A.P. members will also talk with you, the parent, either in person or on the phone about your child’s individual strengths, and your concerns.

2.  The S.A.P. Team will develop a plan of action to help your child achieve success in school.  The plan might include services within the school and/or services from a community agency.

3.  The S.A.P. Team will continue to work hard to support your child and reduce barriers to learning.  The S.A.P. team will stay in contact with you to dicuss your child’s progress and success in school.
