Dylan J. Elchin Scholarship – PAST DUE

General Qualifications: Graduates of Beaver County High Schools which have ROTC programs. They must be attending a four year or two year institution or vocational school or must have signed an obligation to serve in the Armed Services. Eligible District: Any Beaver County School district with a ROTC program or any student who has or have parents, siblings or grandparents who have honorably served in the Armed Services or who are now currently serving in the Armed Services. NOTE: This scholarship also requires two separate essays of less than 250 words each: The first essay should be “Who was Dylan Elchin?”. The second essay should be on “What does Freedom mean to me?” or “Why is America an exceptional nation in relation to the type of government we have?”
