Suicide Prevention and How to Get Help
Your well-being matters, and we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all students. If you or someone you know is struggling with thoughts of suicide or self-harm, it is important to seek help immediately. You are not alone, and there are people ready to listen and assist.
How to Get Help:

Warning Signs to Look For: If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or others, reach out for help immediately:
- Talking about wanting to die or harm oneself or making plans for suicide.
- Feeling hopeless, trapped, or like a burden to others.
- Expressing hopelessness about the future.
- Displaying severe/overwhelming emotional pain or distress.
- Showing worrisome changes in behavior, particularly in combination with the warning signs above, including significant:
- Withdrawing from friends and activities, social connections/situations
- Changes in mood, sleep, or behavior (increase or decrease)
- Anger/hostility that seems out of character.
- Recent increased agitation or irritability
