Grand March: Due to COVID-19 and social distancing regulations, Grand March will be canceled this year.
Prom: 5-10:30 PM @ Pittsburgh Airport Marriott, 777 Aten Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108
Pictures: 5:30 – 6:30 PM – Picture forms are also listed on the website (link below). Please bring an envelope with name and package on the front to the dance, cash or money order to Mark Neel. Pictures will be distributed 2 weeks after the event at the high school on Friday, July 10th from 12PM to 3PM. Feel free to email us at slick6studios@gmail.com with any questions.
Ticket Cost: $30.00 per person / $60.00 per couple
Attendance to the prom (with a junior or senior) is limited to grades 10, 11, and 12. No guest may be over the age of 20. All necessary paper work must be submitted in order for guests to attend.
TICKET SALES INFORMATION:
-Tickets will be on sale May 12th – June 1st
-Tickets will ONLY be sold online.
-If bringing a guest from another school or a graduate you must have the following paperwork complete BEFORE purchases a ticket.
• A copy of their ID (school or driver’s license) and out of town guest form with contact information, located in the link below.
-All information on ticket order form must be completed before tickets can be purchased and emailed to jphillips@ambridge.k12.pa.us
-Seating for dinner will be selected when ticket purchases are made.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
-Courteous conduct is expected; Ambridge Area students will be held responsible for the conduct of his/her guest. Use and possession of alcohol or drugs will not be tolerated. We will abide by the Drug and Alcohol Policy as stated in the student manual. Vandalism and theft violators will be prosecuted. In the event the violator is not approached, the prom participants will be assessed for costs resulting from the same.
-Students who have committed a Level III offense are subject to administration approval and may not attend. Students who have received more than 5 Level II offenses are subject to administration approval and may attend.
-Students with attendance issues will be in danger of not attending the prom. This will be at the discretion of the administration.
-The Ambridge Area School District, the prom sponsors, and the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott will not be held responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
-The doors for the prom will open for students from 5:00-5:45 PM. Names of registered guests will be checked in at the door. Guests (not from AAHS) will need to show driver’s license/ID card at registration.
-Parents/Guardians of anyone who has not arrived by 5:45 PM will be notified.
-No one is permitted to leave the prom before 10:00 PM, Friday, June 26, 2020. Should an emergency arise, the student(s) involved will be excused, providing their Parents/Guardians have been notified. In cases of an emergency, notify a faculty member immediately.
